1. Shipping Policy

Shipping coverage: We ship worldwide, except to countries currently at war or under shipping restrictions.

Shipping carriers: Depending on the situation, we use trusted partners such as Singpost, Royal Mail, DHL, or equivalent services.

Estimated delivery time: 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping fee: Ranges from $18 to $25, depending on the delivery location.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or loss of goods due to the negligence of shipping carriers.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Conditions for return/exchange: Applicable for defective products, incorrect items, or items in original condition with tags intact and unused.

If the customer no longer wants the product: For returns where the product is unused and has original tags, we accept the return. However, the customer must cover all shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Return timeframe: Within 10 days from the date of receiving the product.

Return process: Please send us photos of the product, contact us for confirmation, and follow our return instructions.

3. Payment Policy

Accepted payment method: We currently accept payments via PayPal.

Warranty coverage: Some leather craft tools are covered by a 12 month technical warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty exclusions: We do not cover damages caused by misuse, dropping, impact, or improper storage.

Warranty process: Please contact us for instructions on how to send products back for warranty service.

6. Promotion Policy

Promotions and discount codes are clearly listed on our website.
